Do I need any specific software to implement your SOP creation method?

One of the beautiful things about learning to document systems in your business is that your SOPs can be platform independent.

If you don't currently use a project management tool, that's totally fine!

I recommend housing SOP documents in Google Drive due to how easy it is to share and collaborate with team members, but Dropbox works, too!

The other thing I recommend is a program that can record your screen and audio (such as Loom or Screencastomatic).

What will I learn that I can’t find on free sites and YouTube?

You are absolutely right that there is LOTS of free content available online on this topic. One of the biggest obstacles I see my clients facing when it comes to building out their processes is actually getting started.
